No open positions right now
We would rather say that plainly than run permanent listings for roles that do not exist. When we are hiring, it will be posted here first — and in the meantime a good speculative application still gets read.
Culture
How we work together
We are a small, engineering-first team in Colombo. There is no layer of management between the person writing the code and the person who will use it, and we intend to keep it that way for as long as we can.
Work is written down. Decisions live in specifications and documents rather than in someone’s memory, which means you can take leave without the project stalling and pick up a system you have not touched in six months without dread.
We are direct with each other, in the same way we are direct with clients. If something is going wrong we would rather hear it in week two than discover it in week ten.
What we offer
What working here is actually like
Remote-first, genuinely
We are built around remote work rather than tolerating it. No performative office attendance, and no meetings that could have been a written update.
You own real work
Small team, so nobody is three layers from the client. You will talk to the people using what you build, which is the fastest way anyone learns to build well.
Time to do it properly
Specifications, code review, and documentation are part of the estimate rather than something to skip when a deadline gets close.
Learning is budgeted
Courses, certifications, and conference tickets are a line item, not a favour you have to ask for.
Flexible hours that mean it
Core overlap for collaboration, the rest is yours. We care what you deliver, not when your laptop was on.
Honest about being early
We are a young company. That means real ownership and real influence — and it means we will not pretend the security of a large firm is on offer.
Applying speculatively
If you are an engineer, designer, or QA specialist and you want to work somewhere that takes the craft seriously, write to us. We read everything, and we reply — including when the answer is no, because silence after an application is its own small cruelty.
Send a CV and, more usefully, something you built and a paragraph on what you would do differently now. That tells us far more than a list of frameworks.
